Do you have a business project in Bremen or Bremerhaven - but don't yet know which permits, registrations or official certificates are required?

Anyone starting the independent operation of a standing business, a branch or a dependent branch office must notify the competent authority at the same time.

The same applies if

  • the business is relocated
  • the object of the business is changed or expanded to include goods or services that are not customary for businesses of the type registered, or
  • the business is discontinued.
