A warning is issued verbally (on the spot) or in writing (warning fine offer). 

The aim is to punish minor infringements quickly and without a great deal of administrative effort. 

The procedure ends with the payment of the warning fine. 

There is no entitlement to the warning fine offer. It is always a voluntary offer at the discretion of the authority.

								    

									    Requirements
  • Offenses against traffic regulations
  • Punishment of minor traffic offenses (including parking violations, speeding) with a warning fine of 5 - 55 euros
