The laying or modification of the laying of lines is subject to approval. 

With the application for route approval, telecommunications companies and contracted companies can apply for the approval of the carrier of the road construction obligation for the laying or modification of telecommunications lines in accordance with Section 68 (3) of the Telecommunications Act.

								    

									    Requirements
To use this service, you need a Business service account. 

To make a legal application, you need 

- a license certificate from the Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Posts, 

- the participation of organizations affected by the measure.
