Submit a declaration of compliance in accordance with Section 92 (2) of the Building Energy Act for existing buildings

Procedure

• You can find the application to fill out here in the service portal under "Further information" - "Forms" - "Declaration of compliance for the modification, extension or expansion of existing buildings".
• Complete the application.
• Commission a person authorized in accordance with § 88 GEG to issue the declaration of compliance.
• Send the completed and signed declaration of compliance.
• Send the PDF by e-mail to the responsible office.
