Street party

For permission to hold a street party, please submit a written application with the following details:

• Venue (outdoor or marquee)
• Event period
• Event activities (planned music program and any other event contributions such as games, setting up stages and stands)
• Food and drinks (cost price or commercial sale)

Please note that you require a permit in accordance with the Hospitality Act if you are selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. Information on the application required for this can be obtained from the Senator for Economic Affairs, Labor and Europe, Catering Department, by calling +49 421 361-6929.

Please submit your application to the Bremen Public Order Office as early as possible. The sooner we receive your application, the sooner we can tell you how you can organize your festival with as little disruption as possible. Please do not forget to include the full address of the person responsible with telephone number and e-mail address on your application so that additional information can be requested.
