What deadlines must be paid attention to?
The removal of an installation must be notified to the lower building supervisory authority at least one month in advance.
The start of the removal work must be notified to the lower building supervisory authority at least one week in advance with the "construction start notification".
How long does it take to process
The processing time is a maximum of one month in accordance with Section 61 (3) sentence 3 of the Bremen State Building Code.
What are the costs?
The amount of the fee is based on Section 1 of the Cost Ordinance for Construction, tariff number 101.09 Notification of Removal of Facilities and is 1 percent of the cost of removal.
