If you, as the client, wish to use a building that is not exempt from procedures, you must notify the responsible lower building supervisory authority at least two weeks in advance.
For buildings in building class 4, with the exception of special buildings as well as medium-sized and large garages, you must also submit the "Confirmation that the construction complies with the fire protection certificate" with the notification of commencement of use.
Requirements
