Show birth of a child through facilities

Procedure

You can send the birth notification to the relevant registry office in writing by post or via the online service (initially only for a restricted group of users).

• If a child has been born in your facility, send the notification of birth to the registry office responsible for the child's place of birth within one week.
• The registry office Bremen-Mitte is responsible for births in the clinics:
  
  • Left of the Weser
  • St.-Joseph-Stift
  • Klinikum Mitte
  • Diako
  • Bremen-East
  • As well as for the birth centers in Bremen-City
• The Bremen-North registry office is responsible for births:
  
  • In the Bremen-North Clinic
  • In the birth centers in Bremen North
