For the initial final construction (including partial measures) of roads, the City of Bremen levies development contributions in accordance with the Development Contribution Statutes (see Development Contribution Act of 14.01.2016. 

If required, the Office for Roads and Traffic, Development Department, will provide information, subject to a fee, on development contributions already paid or still outstanding or to be collected in the future. 

For this purpose, property owners or their authorized representatives must provide the property to be assessed, including the parcel number.
