Request certificate of identity for parcels

Would you like to know if the historical parcel designation is identical to the local location of your current parcel?

The certificate of identity certifies that a historical and the current parcel designation describe the same location in the locality.

The historical parcel designation often appears in the case of rights described in the land register or in the register of building encumbrances, as the parcel designation is not updated there after a change in the parcel designation (e.g. as a result of a survey).

If an owner wishes to change or delete a right with a reference to a historical parcel, a certificate of identity is usually required to show which current parcels are affected by the right today.
