Procedure

            			
Please report illegal waste dumping to the local waste authority in your area. They will take care of the disposal. 

You can report illegal waste dumping using the online form, in the Bremer Stadtreinigung app or by e-mail: 


  • Informal report via the online form under "Further information" - "Online service" or by email to info@dbs.bremen.de.
  • The employees of the public order service give instructions, issue free or chargeable warnings, report administrative offenses and take measures for general hazard prevention.

The public order service can levy a warning fine in cash directly on site or report an offense. In this case, you will receive a letter from the fines office.

  • Smaller amounts of waste must be disposed of as part of street cleaning
  • the Clean City Control Center will also take reports.
  • If you report illegal waste, you will remain anonymous. Only if you wish to appear as a witness for a report will your data be passed on in the course of a witness statement. This requires your consent. You will then be contacted by the responsible department.
  • If a polluter is proven to have deposited waste, regulatory measures will be taken against them.
