Procedure

            			
Bulky waste collection can be ordered online or by telephone:  

Online 


  • You can register your bulky waste using the order form. The online service will guide you through the process step by step.

By telephone 


  • You can register your bulky waste by telephone.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by post or email once the order has been received with the collection date and important information about the process.
  • The bulky waste must be provided in good time. From 18:00 the day before and at the latest by 06:00 on the day of collection.
  • The maximum quantity per order is 5 cubic meters and the items should not exceed a length of 2 meters.

If you would like to use the collection service together with your neighbor, each party must place a separate order. 

Not everything that is no longer needed is waste. Second-hand department stores accept furniture that is still usable or you can offer it online yourself.
