What deadlines must be paid attention to?
The recognition period is 5 years.

			            			
How long does it take to process
The processing time is one to six months.

The authority must have been inactive for at least three months after the application was filed in order for an action for failure to act to be filed in accordance with Section 75 sentence 2 of the German Administrative Court Code (VwGO).
