Procedure
- The wastewater charge is calculated on the basis of fresh water consumption and can be set immediately. Billing will take place at the usual regular intervals from 2024.
- Wastewater charges are assessed once a year after the respective billing period for water consumption.
- The water meter readings for the waste water fee are calculated by swb on the basis of your previous meter reading reports on the reference date. You can also report the meter reading to swb yourself if you wish. You will find the link under "Further information" - "Online service".
- You will receive notification of the wastewater charges from hanseWasser Bremen GmbH.
- Please contact hanseWasser if you have any questions about the notification and billing.
