Notification of an activity as a collector, carrier, trader and broker of waste

Procedure

• If you wish to take up an activity as a collector, carrier, trader or broker of waste for the first time or change essential details of your activity, please notify the competent authority.

  • Enter your details and submit the required documents.
• The authority may send you a confirmation of your notification and can
  
  • make your activity subject to conditions,
  • and/or set a time limit
  • or impose conditions
  • or prohibit it completely.

If you wish to transport, collect, trade or broker hazardous waste, a permit in accordance with § 54 Collectors, carriers, traders and brokers of hazardous waste KrWG is required.
