If the purchaser detects a breach of contract, he can send a contract disturbance message to you. You receive the message in the supplier cockpit via the catalog system.
A contract disruption occurs when contract terms have not been met, a breach of contract has been fraudulently made, or a product is not available for delivery. A contract disruption is not a defect report. The contract disruption report in the Supplier Cockpit is not used to report order- or performance-related defects as a result of an order.
Requirements
- You must have a valid framework agreement with the public administration.
- It must be a disruption in the provision of services based on the framework agreement.
- To use the Supplier Cockpit, your company must have an account in the "Unified Business Account".
- To use the Supplier Cockpit, you need an ELSTER organization certificate.
