Procedure
If you detect a breach of contract, you can report a contract disruption to the purchaser:
- You log in to the Supplier Cockpit with your "Unified Enterprise Account".
- You open the event-related contact form in the Supplier Cockpit.
- You select the request "Contract disturbance report".
- In the free text fields, you enter the short description and the description of the fault report.
- Optionally, you can attach evidence of the contract fault as a PDF.
- You submit the contact form to the strategic purchaser via the supplier cockpit.
- You can then download a summary of the contract fault report as a PDF or have it sent to you by e-mail.
