Making a citizen's application in the district
- Wahlen, Engagement und Beteiligung
Procedure
A citizens' application can be submitted informally.
The Advisory Board is required by law to deal with the application within a period of 6 weeks. This does not necessarily mean that a substantive statement has been prepared. The preparation of a referral with invited specialist representatives can also be a first referral, which can be followed by a second referral - with substantive discussion.
The discussion itself can take place in a specialist committee or in an advisory board meeting.
The applicant will be informed of the result in writing.
Applications can be submitted to the Advisory Board via the local office.
Residents who have reached the age of 14 may submit applications to the Advisory Board in matters relating to the Advisory Board, provided that they expressly consent to the publication of their name and first name. Consent can be revoked at any time. The revocation is deemed to be a withdrawal of the application.
