Procedure
After examination of the submitted documents, your previous name will be underlined in red in the land register and your new name will be entered with a note that the entry will be made by way of correction.

At the latest, if you want to dispose of the real estate, you must prove the name change with the appropriate evidence.
Information on the 2022 Real Estate Tax Reform
On the part of the land registry, only an extract from the land register will be sent to the owners, as this contains all the information that the land registry can provide in this regard.
