The entitlement to advance maintenance payments is checked regularly by the maintenance advance office. 

For the check, you must answer appropriate questions and submit documents. 

You must report any changes that may be important for the claim or about which you have made declarations in connection with the maintenance advance. This also applies independently of a request by the maintenance advance office. 

Contact the maintenance advance office even if you are unsure. In this way, you can avoid possible reclaiming of benefits.
