You can obtain a further copy/certified copy/ simple copy of the certificate in writing (family court) at the competent local court. Apply for a copy of the judgment / decision with a note of res judicata.
Basic information
The Family Court will issue a further copy/certified copy/a simple copy of a decision/judgement to one of the parties upon his/her written request.
Requirements
Written request.
The applicant is a party to the proceedings (party to the proceedings is whoever is named in the rubric (at the beginning) of the judgment / decision etc.).
What documents do I need?
- Proof of identity
A copy of the applicant's identity card or a passport is also sufficient as proof of identity.

informal, required information: current address of the applicant
- in case of representation with written power of attorney
the presentation of the power of attorney and, in addition, a copy of the identity card of the holder of the power of attorney
