You can apply in writing to the competent local court (family court) for a further copy/certified copy/simple copy of the judgment/decision with a note on its legal force.
Basic information
The Family Court will issue a further copy/certified copy/a simple copy of a decision/judgement to one of the parties upon his/her written request.
Requirements
Written request.
The applicant is a party to the proceedings (party to the proceedings is whoever is named in the rubric (at the beginning) of the judgment / decision etc.).
What documents do I need?
- Proof of identity
A copy of the applicant's identity card or a passport is also sufficient as proof of identity.

informal, required information: current address of the applicant
- in case of representation with written power of attorney
the presentation of the power of attorney and, in addition, a copy of the identity card of the holder of the power of attorney
