This exemption permit is only issued to companies that carry out emergency service work, such as rescuing people trapped in elevators. The exemption permit may only be used in these cases. 

This exemption permit is only issued for the following vehicle types 
  • Trucks and workshop vehicles
  • Passenger car combination vehicles only after presentation of the vehicle to the ASV
