Since December 1, 2005, you have been able to submit documents in electronic form to the Local Court of Bremen in all proceedings under the Code of Civil Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Act on Matters of Non-Contentious Jurisdiction. The procedure developed for this has the abbreviation "EGVP" (  Electronic Court and Administrative Mailbox  )

									    Requirements
Certain hardware and software components are required to run the "Electronic Court and Administration Mailbox"  software  correctly. These operating conditions are specified at www.egvp.de.
