Procedure
Parents' associations or private commercial providers:
- The parents discuss the deregistration with the childcare facility.
- They enter the early termination in the Kitaplaner.
- This informs the parental contribution office of the change.
- Facilities that do not participate in the Kitaplaner send a written confirmation by email.
- Parents can also send a written confirmation to the parental contribution office.
- Parents will receive a notification of change.
Day care:
- The parents discuss the deregistration with the day carer.
- The childminder forwards the notification to Pflegekinder in Bremen (PiB).
- PiB reports the deregistration to the parental contribution office.
- The parents receive a notification of change.
