Procedure
- If you would like to make an appointment, please feel free to call or email us. We have regular telephone consultation hours when you can reach us personally. You can also leave a message on the answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible.
- Consultations usually take place on the premises of the counseling center. However, if necessary, counseling is also possible by telephone or video conference.
- Registrations are possible at any time. However, there may be waiting times in some cases. Young self-reporters are invited more quickly if possible.

- As a rule, very personal and family-related experiences and feelings are discussed between those seeking advice and the counselors, which require a trusting framework. All counselors are therefore bound to secrecy - also vis-à-vis the case management or other institutions.
- Young people can also contact us without the knowledge of their parents.
- If necessary, counseling can also take place anonymously.
