Procedure
Before installing gaming devices with the possibility of winning, a confirmation of suitability must be applied for from the Senator for Economics, Labor and Europe, Department of Commercial Affairs for the installation site. The application can only be processed once it has been submitted to the authority in full. All details are checked to ensure that they are correct and eligible for approval under the law. This check can take up to 3 months.
All applicants are advised to contact the responsible office in advance. An appointment is also possible outside of regular opening hours by prior arrangement.
