Complaint against a violation of accessibility of digital services offered by public authorities

Procedure
After receiving the complaint, the central office takes the following steps:
- Check whether actual accessibility violations can be identified
- The public body is requested to rectify the deficiencies within a certain period of time. It receives suggestions for implementation.
- If the public body does not comply with the complaint, it must justify this to the central body
- All parties involved are informed about the status of the procedure - Conclusion of the enforcement procedure by means of a summarized final notification to the user with a reference to a conciliation procedure and an explanation of the implementation. The Central Office for Accessible Information Technology informs the public body and the highest state authority responsible for this about the final notification.
