Places are sought after for participation in the major Bremen folk festivals Freimarkt, Osterwiese and Christmas market. Timely registration is required.

The event area includes the following places:

- Sögestraße (until Pelzerstraße)
- Hanseatenhof
- Pieper Street
- Chestnut grove
- Station forecourt
- Bahnhofstrasse
- Obernstraße (subarea)
- Marktstraße (subarea)
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday from 10 to 20.30
- Saturday from 10 to 22 o'clock
- Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(up to half an hour "run-down time" is allowed).
These industries are represented at the Bremen Christmas Market:
- Rides
- shops selling goods for immediate or imminent consumption
- Carousels
- children's rides (e.g. children's trains, children's boat swings, ground carousels, etc.)
- puppet theatres, model railways, etc.
- Pubs and bars
- toys or household goods
- Gaming shops
- Confectionery
- Sales transactions
- Raffles
- Christmas articles, arts and crafts
Requirements
- The application period ends on 31 January of the current year
- Applications must be submitted on paper
- Applications sent by e-mail will not be considered
- Late applications will not be considered and will not take part in the remaining places

- Completed application form (printout under Forms)
- Name and address (Internet address if applicable)
- nature of business
- Dimensions of the shop (width x depth x height)
- Photo of the shop (by day and night)
- accurate quote
- Connected loads for light and power current
- Accessories (caravans, supply vehicles including their dimensions)
- for amusement rides: construction plan
