Procedure
The application for a licence to broker sports bets at a betting brokerage office can be submitted to the competent gambling supervisory authority by any betting organiser who holds a licence (licence) pursuant to §§ 4a et seq. of the GlüStV.According to § 10 of the Bremen Gambling Act (BremGlüG), this is the Bremen public order office in the municipality of Bremen and the citizens' and public order office of the city of Bremerhaven in the municipality of Bremerhaven. The addressee of this personal permission is the operator of the betting office. If the operator changes, a new licence must be applied for.
