Procedure
The application for a permit to broker sports bets in a betting agency can be submitted to the responsible gambling supervisory authority by any betting operator who has a permit (license) in accordance with Sections 4a et seq. of the GlüStV. Pursuant to Section 10 of the Bremen Gaming Act (BremGlüG), this is the Bremen Public Order Office in the municipality of Bremen and the Bremerhaven Citizens' and Public Order Office in the municipality of Bremerhaven. The addressee of this personal permit is the operator of the betting shop. If this changes, a new permit must be applied for.
