You need a permit to transfer the authorization to transport passengers commercially by cab. You can submit a corresponding application to the relevant transport authority.
Requirements
- The applicant is already in possession of a cab permit as an entrepreneur.
- The safety and efficiency of the business are guaranteed.
- There is no evidence that the applicant is unreliable as an entrepreneur or that the person appointed to manage the business is unreliable.
What documents do I need?
- Informal justification as to why the cab permit should be transferred
- Declaration of the licensee's consent to assume the obligations arising from the cab permit
- Clearance certificates from the tax office, the employers' liability insurance association and the social security authorities
