Applying for approval to modify an installation for the generation of electricity from renewable energies (repowering)

Procedure

• You sign and submit the above documents to the authority
• The competent authority confirms receipt of the documents and informs you which additional documents it requires to assess the requirements.
• The public and public agencies will be involved.
• You can only start work on your project once you have received the permit.

Online application:

• You will find the link to the online service "ELiA-Online - Elektronische immissionsschutzrechtliche Antragstellung" under "Further information".
• Please log in with your access data via the Gemeinsam-Online service account or register first.
• ELiA-Online is a form-based online service that can also be used to attach additional documents (expert reports, drawings, etc.) to the application or notification using the upload function.
