Procedure
- In the application for approval, please indicate that you are also applying for approval for early commencement
- The competent authority will decide whether to approve the early start.
- You will receive a notice of approval or rejection.

- You will find the link to the online service "ELiA-Online - Electronic application under immission control law" under "Further information".
- Please log in with your access data via the Gemeinsam-Online service account or register first.
- ELiA-Online is a form-based online service that can also be used to attach additional documents (expert reports, drawings, etc.) to the application or notification using the upload function.
