What deadlines must be paid attention to?

Objection period: Within one month of receipt of the decision.

How long does it take to process

A decision on the application must be made within 3 months. The deadline begins after receipt of the complete documents. The deadline can be extended once as appropriate.

What are the costs?

200,00 EUR Registration.

150.00 EUR for rejection, revocation and withdrawal.

144.00 EUR Decision by separate notification as to whether and to what extent other proof of expertise is provided by the documents submitted.

144.00 EUR Decision on the presumption of expertise.
