Apply for parking facilitation for people with disabilities, features G and B (orange parking permit)

Procedure

An application can be

• be submitted using the online form or in person at the ASV with the relevant supporting documents.

We require the following documents for applications for third parties:

• Documents of the applicant (severely disabled person's ID card, identity card and certificate for special groups - to be applied for at the Office for Care and Integration, Doventorscontrescarpe 172D, 28195 Bremen)
• Power of attorney of the applicant
• Identity card of the authorized representative

A new application must be submitted if the exemption is extended.
For a child or a person under legal guardianship, the application must be submitted by the legal representative
After receipt of the documents, an expert opinion must be obtained from the pension office so that it can be checked whether the requirements for the exemption are met.

The exemption is valid throughout Germany.

It is not permitted to park in parking spaces with the wheelchair symbol with this special permit. Parking permits for these parking spaces are issued to severely disabled people with exceptional walking disabilities, bilateral amelia or phocomelia or with comparable functional impairments as well as blind people (see General parking facilitation for people with disabilities, characteristics aG (exceptionally disabled) or Bl (blind)).
