What to do if the parking permit is about to expire?
The parking authorization can be extended as long as the severely disabled pass is valid, but for a maximum of 5 years. For this purpose, an informal application with a copy of the severely disabled person's card (front and back) and a passport photo is sufficient.

What can I do if I can no longer go to the photographer for health reasons?
If your severely handicapped ID card bears the note "also valid without photo", we will accept this as well.

Can I also assign another person to apply for parking relief?
Yes, then please give a power of attorney to the person concerned.

What should I do if I have lost my parking permit or it has been stolen?
After you have filed a loss report with us, you will receive a replacement without complaint. Furthermore, we then require a new passport photo. This does not incur any fees.

The application can be submitted online or by fax - does the passport photo have to be forwarded by mail or can it be sent by mail attachment?
The passport photo must always be submitted as an original.
