If you want to attend a vocational school in Lower Saxony and live in Bremen. Then you must apply for exemption from attending a vocational school in the state of Bremen.  

As part of the reciprocity agreement between the states of Lower Saxony and Bremen, it is possible under certain conditions to attend a vocational school in the surrounding area of Lower Saxony (unreasonable hardship or educational reasons). For this, an exemption from attending school in Bremen must be applied for.

								    

									    Requirements
Attendance at the relevant vocational school in Bremen must be a burden for the student or their parents (unreasonable hardship) or there are educational reasons for this.
